What You'll Do
- Follow up on inbound leads and estimate requests in a timely manner
- Meet with customers to scope projects and explain recommended solutions
- Prepare clear, accurate, written estimates
- Answer customer questions about pricing, timelines, and process
- Maintain a pipeline of active opportunities and follow up appropriately
- Coordinate with scheduling and field teams to hand off confirmed jobs smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical customers
- Valid driver's license for on-site visits
Nice to Have
- Experience selling home services, construction, or contracting work
- Basic understanding of electrical systems or willingness to learn quickly
