What You'll Do
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose electrical issues and determine the most efficient, code-compliant repair
- Perform panel upgrades, rewiring, lighting installation, and EV charger installation
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work meets current California Electrical Code and passes inspection
- Communicate clearly with customers about the work performed and any recommendations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site on every job
What We're Looking For
- Active California Journeyman or Master electrician certification (CGE or CRE)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and at heights
Nice to Have
- Experience with EV charger or solar-integration installations
- Prior experience in a customer-facing service role
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
