What You'll Do
- Respond to service calls for electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and inspections
- Diagnose the root cause of electrical issues, not just the visible symptom
- Provide customers with clear, upfront estimates before starting work
- Complete repairs to code and document the work performed
- Identify when a job requires escalation to a licensed electrician for panel or rewiring work
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate with dispatch throughout the day
What We're Looking For
- Relevant electrical or electromechanical troubleshooting experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills for customer-facing work
- Comfortable working independently in the field
Nice to Have
- California electrician certification (CGE/CRE)
- Experience with smart home, smoke detector, or surge protection systems
